Refund & Return Policy

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the dress. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition (no perfume or deodorant smells). If there is a quality issue, we’ll replace the dress for free and cover the return shipping.

Custom Dresses:
No returns or exchanges are allowed for custom made dresses once the order is confirmed, based on your specific measurements or modifications.

Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be returned within 30 days.
  2. It must be in the original packaging.
  3. Damage or any other issue faced during delivery.

Non-returnable Items:

  1. Worn, washed, or altered dresses.
  2. Customized dresses.
  3. Items with hygiene concerns once unsealed.

Refund:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method immediately after the return is confirmed.

Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the shipping cost of returns, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
